Calibrate on land. Cruise in the water.
Mouthfill Mechanic is a limited 8-week video series developed by a professional freedive instructor and equalization coach. It breaks down the mouthfill technique sequence layer by layer: starting with the fundamentals, the charge, the isolations, the bubbler. So you can train it dry, with purpose. No guesswork. One clear path built on private coaching-level content!
This is for you if:
- You’ve done a mouthfill course or workshop and left with more questions than answers;
- You want to get into the basics of mouthfill properly, from the ground up;
- You know the theory but your mechanics still fall apart underwater;
- You’re an instructor who wants to feel more confident teaching mouthfill dry;
- You want to know what actually happens in a private mouthfill coaching session, without the private coaching price tag.
What's inside
40 HD videos. 10+ dry exercises. 20 common mistakes — and exactly how to fix each one.
The series follows the logic of how mouthfill is actually built: dry training principles first, then fundamentals, then the M-charge, then jaw, cheek, and tongue isolations trained separately before combining them, and finally the bubbler. Each module is one mechanic. No overlap, no overload.
A new module gets added weekly through the summer. When summer ends, it’s gone.
Mouthfill isn't Frenzel with a twist.
Where Frenzel is okay with being somewhat instinctive. Mouthfill is way less forgiving. It plays by different rules, using the same muscles in new ways, with new timing and new sensations. If you don't train the basics properly, it will not work and can leave you clueless.
You best train this motor skill on land where your brain can process the feedback and build the muscle memory before taking it to depth.
Most people fail because they "Don’t know what they don’t know."
Where Youtube and most courses show you only what correct demonstration looks like. Mouthfill Mechanics shows you what "wrong" looks like too, explains why it happens, and tells you exactly what to do and work to the desired result.
Each module focuses on one mechanic so nothing gets lost. Train between dives, on the road, anywhere; all you need is an EQ tool and some balloons.
The unpopular truth: dry training is completely unsexy.
There is no blue water and no instant dopamine hit, which is why it is easier to scroll Instagram than pick up an EQ tool. Staying consistent is difficult because you cannot see immediate results, and trying to wire new movements takes time and repetition.
That is why joining a group changes everything. Showing up for repetitive drills is just easier when you see like-minded divers showing up and working to the same goal together.
The ocean is for diving deep and having fun, not for wondering why your mouthfill collapses at 20 meters. Build it on land this summer!
Starts July 20th.
Online materials available until end october!
Gone when summer ends.
